Admissions Information
Our students come from a diverse range of educational backgrounds and careers. Many are adding nutrition studies to complement their current profession, while others are changing professions entirely.
Regardless of where you are coming from, and whether you are adding to your career or this is brand new for you — the ingredients for success remain the same: a passion for wellness and a passion to learn.
Program & Course Delivery:
All programs and courses are facilitated via our Online Learning Portal, allowing you to enjoy our curriculum from anywhere in the world. Our learning portal is mobile responsive, meaning it is optimized for any device – from a computer to a tablet or smartphone. The program is a combination of books, online lessons, interactive online animations, and PowerPoint presentations which will vary depending on the course and information being taught.
Being a self-paced, self-directed distance education program, you have the ability and freedom to work as quickly or slowly as you need within the maximum timeline parameters of the program.

We accept daily enrollments which means you can start right away, any day that works best for your schedule. Our students are all at various stages in the program.
Registration Process:
To register simply click on the program you would like to enroll in, and then click on the enrollment link, choose full payment or the payment plan (if available), enter your details, and submit the order. Our two core programs are as follows:

Holistic Nutritionist Diploma Program

What Happens ONCE YOU REGISTER?
As soon as we receive your registration, you will receive a welcome email with a link to a video orientation and instructions on what to do next. You will also receive a separate automated email from our Online Learning Portal with a link, and your user id and password allowing you to get started immediately. **NOTE: The login email commonly lands in the “junk” email folder so please be sure to look there if you cannot locate it in your inbox within 15 minutes of registering.

Entry Requirements:
Potential students must be 18 years of age or older and have a strong interest in and commitment to the study of holistic health and nutrition.
Advanced Standing for Health and Nutrition Professionals:
If you are a health and/or nutrition professional, transfer credits may be awarded for post-secondary courses you have already taken if the course(s) meet our equivalency standards. The courses submitted for transfer credit must be related to NutraPhoria’s curriculum, so please review our courses before submitting your request. The most common transfer credits are Anatomy & Physiology and Nutrition Science.
If you want to apply for transfer credit, please forward your official transcripts to admissions@nutraphoria.com.
NOTE: you must submit your exemption request prior to registering. We cannot retroactively process course exemptions under any circumstances.

Confidentiality of Records
The NutraPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition respects the confidential nature of student records, and we never share information without written permission from the student. This includes but is not limited to name, address, telephone number, email address, program enrolled in, grades, graduation status, and enrollment date.
Changes in personal or enrollment information during the program – including change of name, address, email, phone, fax or payment information – must be reported to admissions.
The NutraPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition maintains detailed school and student records for ten years, while transcripts and certificates/diplomas are kept for 20 years.
